1. Introduction
  2. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of domain registration, shared hosting, VPS hosting, dedicated server, cloud hosting, SSL, email, backup, and other related services provided by Bayo Solutions ET ("Bayo Solutions", "Bayo Solutions Cloud", "we", "us", or "our"). By purchasing, accessing, or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use or purchase Bayo Solutions Cloud services.

  3. Account Registration and Customer Information
    1. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating a Bayo Solutions Cloud account.
    2. You are responsible for keeping your account information, billing information, contact information, and email address accurate and up to date.
    3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username, password, API credentials, SSH keys, and other authentication information.
    4. You are responsible for all activities performed through your account unless the activity resulted from unauthorized access that was not caused by your failure to protect your account credentials.
    5. Bayo Solutions reserves the right to request additional information for account verification, fraud prevention, security, billing, or compliance purposes.

  4. Domain Registration
    1. Bayo Solutions provides domain registration and renewal services through applicable domain registrars, registries, and authorized domain service providers.
    2. By registering a domain through Bayo Solutions, you agree to comply with the policies and requirements of the applicable domain registry, registrar, ICANN where applicable, and other relevant domain authorities.
    3. You are responsible for ensuring that the domain name you register does not infringe upon the rights of any third party, including trademarks, copyrights, intellectual property rights, or other legal rights.
    4. Domain registration is subject to availability and successful processing by the applicable registrar or registry. Bayo Solutions does not guarantee that a requested domain name will be available.
    5. You are responsible for providing accurate registrant information and completing any domain verification requirements.
    6. Domain registration and renewal fees may be non-refundable once the registration or renewal has been successfully processed, subject to the policies of the applicable registrar or registry and applicable law.

  5. Domain Renewal and Expiration
    1. The customer is responsible for renewing domain names before their expiration dates.
    2. Bayo Solutions may send renewal reminders as a courtesy; however, failure to receive a reminder does not remove the customer's responsibility to renew the domain.
    3. If a domain is not renewed before expiration, the domain may be suspended, expire, enter a grace period, redemption period, or deletion process according to the applicable registry and registrar policies.
    4. Additional fees may apply for domain restoration or redemption after expiration.
    5. Bayo Solutions does not obtain ownership of a customer's domain merely because the domain has expired or the customer has failed to renew it.
    6. Once a domain is deleted and becomes available for registration, it may be registered by another party.

  6. Shared Hosting
    1. Bayo Solutions provides shared hosting services for websites, web applications, databases, email services, and other supported applications.

    4. Excessive CPU, RAM, disk I/O, database usage, processes, email activity, bandwidth, or other resource consumption may result in account restriction, suspension, or a recommendation to upgrade the hosting plan.
    5. You are responsible for maintaining and securing your websites, CMS installations, plugins, themes, scripts, and applications unless such management is explicitly included in your service.
    6. Bayo Solutions reserves the right to suspend or terminate a shared hosting account where its use threatens the security, stability, or performance of our infrastructure or other customers.

    4. Customers are responsible for applications, websites, databases, software, and other content installed on their VPS.

    7. Hardware replacement, emergency maintenance, data center maintenance, or upstream network issues may temporarily affect dedicated server availability.
    8. Dedicated server customers remain responsible for maintaining backups of their data unless a separate managed backup service has been purchased.
    9. Where managed dedicated server services are purchased, the scope of management, monitoring, maintenance, backup, and support will be determined by the applicable service agreement or Service Level Agreement (SLA).

  12. Backup Services
    1. Customers are responsible for maintaining independent backups of important websites, applications, databases, emails, and other business data.
    2. Where backup services are included in a hosting plan, backup frequency, retention period, storage allocation, and restoration options are determined by the applicable service plan.
    3. Bayo Solutions will make reasonable efforts to maintain backups where backup services are included, but backups should not be considered the customer's sole method of data protection.
    4. Bayo Solutions is not responsible for data loss resulting from customer configuration, accidental deletion, security incidents, application failure, or circumstances outside our reasonable control where no applicable backup service or SLA covers such loss.

  13. Acceptable Use Policy
